End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence Grant

Tamu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Tamu mobile application for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app. You may not rent, lease, or sublicence the application.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app, including trademarks, design, and code, remain the exclusive property of Tamu. No rights are transferred to you except the limited licence above.

4. In-app Purchases

Purchases of coins, subscriptions, and paid plans are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Coin types, withdrawal rules, KYC, and compliance requirements are set out in our Wallet & Virtual Currency Terms at tamu.social/wallet-terms.

5. Updates

We may update the app automatically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the application.

7. Disclaimer

The application is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective platform's terms also apply. In the event of a conflict, this EULA controls.
