Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tamu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tamu. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement. Dating mode is restricted to users aged 18 and above. We may request additional age verification at any time.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Tamu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you create or share.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, or targeting of individuals
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Spam, bots, or fake accounts
  • Non-consensual sharing of media
  • Circumventing safety features, blocks, or moderation decisions
  • Commercial scraping or data harvesting

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tamu is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

8. Virtual Currency & Wallet

Tamu coins, wallet balances, identity verification (KYC), withdrawals, referral bonuses, and anti-fraud controls are governed by our separate Wallet & Virtual Currency Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using wallet features you agree to those terms in full.
